OVERVIEW
The 2010 Land Rover Expedition will be taking place in Morocco. Expect challenging driving in some remarkable locations coupled with top class luxury accommodation. The trip culminates with a crossing of the Atlas Mountains. All driving will be done in high specification Discovery 4s with Land Rover Experience instructors on call to provide advice throughout the journey.

Duration: 7 days, 6 nights (Sunday to Saturday)
- Day 1:
- On arrival at Marrakech Airport, you will be met by a Land Rover representative and transferred in a Land Rover to your hotel for a good evening of rest in preparation for the exhilarating expedition ahead.
- Day 2:
- After a satisfying breakfast and welcome to Morocco, the expedition will begin. Departing Marrakech, the route will include a stop at Carpet Kasbah as well as plenty of on and off-road driving, stopping in Essaouira – a small but stunning coastal town. Time will be available in the evening to experience what Essaouira has to offer, followed by dinner and a well deserved rest.
- Day 3:
- The expedition continues over numerous types of terrain throughout the beautiful region of Essaouria. Take in the breathtaking views of the Enchanted Valley from the mountains and understand the meticulous process of making olive oil during a whistle stop tour of a traditional Moroccan “factory”.
- Day 4:
- Continuing south to Tarroudant, the route culminates in an off-road drive across the stunning Atlas Mountains. After this challenging day of driving you will be more than ready to put your feet up in one of Morocco’s luxuriously traditional hotels.
- Day 5:
- Experience even more on and off-road driving across High Atlas Mountains, this time crossing a mountain pass located more than 2000 meters above sea level. Once back in Marrakech it’s time for another well earned rest.
- Day 6:
- After four days of awe-inspiring driving it’s time to take in even more Moroccan culture and venture in to Marrakesh from the hotel which conveniently located between the old town and the modern cityscape. Alternatively, take advantage of the hotel spa facilities with a traditional Hamman steam bath or a chose from a range of relaxation therapy and beauty treatments. In the evening, a fairwell dinner to reminisce about your adventures.
- Day 7:
- The expedition comes to an end and you will be transferred to Marrakech Airport for your departure home.
